Quake O co-ordinator Field Marshall Haig is being quiet on what the offensive plan would be used later today. rumours of "the big push" were denied by General Melchett... who only said "Baaah!"pencils and tea towels could be seen being handed out to the O line.

GFL neutrals have been flooding the Quake offices with best wishes for the conference championship game. common quotes being "anything other than another Rhynd-Stratford bowl....."

as there appears to be no front office managers available the Quake have given the role to the chief car park attendent... (doesn't have much else to do with that empty lot...)first decision is BOGOF on tickets... expect 50K next game?

5 games in and still perfect.we have been blessed with only 1 major injury and a good looking schedule. the week 7 game will be a litmus test on whether the Quake are the real deal or flash in the pan of the California gold rush.

Montague went. O'Malley came... unfortunately other trades failed to materialise and so only half way to what was planned.expect lots of running and little passing. roll on college with its no trading.

Montague will most likely be leaving the Quake to chase another bowl ring with someone who can throw the ball. expect to see him somewhere in AFC so best you get coaching those CBs.Rhynd or Boston.. as if they need the boost.... 4 1sts and I will call off the trade and bench him... :-)

hmmm camp reports baffle me. strong progress in defensive backs??? they are worse than last season.....anyway, still my best ageing in 7 seasons. good chance to retain division but last season was peak and so Rhynd and Stratford can breath easy.
