17/06/2009 - Coach Allen was pleased with the result as this secured the divisional title and the team managed to remain undefeated within the division. Unfortunately there was a high price to pay, more injuries to starters and the Titans are now 2nd on the Big Sky injury table. With so many injuries the Titans may struggle to advance in the post season. Next season Coach Allen has promised the team not to take his holiday in the week of the biggest game of the season which resulted in their only loss against the warriors! [8/11]
24/05/2009 - Another tough defensive struggle for the Titans, Coach Allen was pleased his passing game performed well but was disappointed with the run offence. He was also very disappointed to give up so many rushing yards and has refused to give his players the customary day off after the game. Next week the Titans take on their divisional rivals the Huskies, another must win game before the final two home games against the unbeaten Warriors and the Divisional challengers the Barkeeps. If Exmouth and West Midlands win then it will be an 8-0 showdown between the two teams. [8/8]
04/05/2009 - What a tough defensively struggle (in other words awful, I watched the play by play and it was dreadful) but the Titans manage another win to go 4-0. With a decent kicker Exmouth would have scored more points but you've got to take the win anyway you can. Next week its against the improving Stormers, although everyone knows Coach Rowsell is all talk and no action. At least Exmouth don't have to worry about stopping the run, the Stormers have got nothing! Coach Rowsell is pinning all his hopes on home field advantage and his communications director John Barnes, although no one is quite sure how the former England football international arrived in Washington, maybe Coach Rowsell is hoping a rendition of the Anfield Rap with inspire his players. [8/5]
27/04/2009 - Another big game, another tough win for the Titans (although fumbling the opening kick off doesn't help!). 3-0 now with a massive game this weekend against their unbeaten divisional rivals the Milwaukee Barkeeps. Both teams with similar points for and against so should be a tight struggle. Injuries starting to take their tole on the Titans and next week its back to Washington to face Coach Allen's rival Coach Rowsell with his now improving Stormers. [8/4]
12/04/2009 - Great first regular season and career win for Headcoach Allen. Preseason games were successful on defence but the offence failed to ignite, however on game day offence played well with good contributions from both the run and the pass. Defence was strong again. Next week is a massive game with Headcoach Allen playing against his long time rival coach Rowsell of the Washington Stormers. The Stormers lost their first game so will be looking to get their first win of the season. The Titans will have to again make sure their offence ignites to prevent this and try to go 2-0. [8/2]
