Team Blog 28/02/2010 - Q: So Coach, nine players cut from the roster and a new kicker. Is this team rebuilding?A: Rebuilding is often used as a dirty word but anyone who's seen our play the last two seasons knows that we need to improve in all phases. So, yes, we are rebuilding.Q: How will the look of the team change Coach?A: Well, don't be expecting an unrecognisable unit next year. Some of our younger guys will be seeing the field more for sure. But in terms of our play we need to get to grips with the basics. Blocking, coverage and so forth. Let's try walking before we start running huh?Q: So who's gonna start under center Coach?A: Easy answer. 'Fries' is our QB and that's how it's staying. Next question.Q: This team has real issues in the secondary. How will you address those problems.A: Hard work. Listen, like I said earlier we need to learn to walk. And some of the younger guys on the roster are gonna be given the chance to learn.
